Hi, I’m Madi.

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here and made it to my tiny corner of the internet. My name is Madison, but most everyone call me Madi.

I moved to Tucson in 2014 to pursue a degree in Speech Pathology, but soon changed course, met my now husband, welcomed our son in 2019, took the scenic route in life and later graduated with my Bachelors in Business in 2022 and MBA in 2024.

I fell in love with the community, art, and the experience of a local market, but struggled to find that perfect experience near where I lived without having to drive Downtown. That’s when The Happy Hive was born.

I wanted to create a space where there was truly community over competition and everyone can thrive. A place for families to enjoy a local food truck or restaurant, cheers to a drink after a long work week, but also be able to bring the kids so they can be a part of the experience too.
